Attention: while you're still in GreenGo, don't close your rental! Upon finishing your journey, make sure you do not leave any personal items behind, then exit the car, and click Close rental. After pressing the button, the lock clicks, but your rental is not closed yet. To close the rental, take photos of the car, recording the condition at the time of closing. You should never, under any circumstances, fail to do this, as this step is necessary to close your rental, and by doing so you prove that any damages that may occur afterwards did not occur during your rental.

After taking the photos, set the bonus minutes and coupons you may use on the next screen and then press the Close rental button. After this, your rental is closed.

At the end of the rental, the time spent with taking photos of the GreenGo is also included in the rental time. However, the time spent taking photos is credited as bonus minutes. If you take the photos within 90 seconds, you get 1 bonus minute, if the photoshoot takes 90 seconds or more, we give you 2 bonus minutes.
