YOUR RENTAL WILL BE SHORTER OR YOU NEED A CAR IMMEDIATELY?
If you're not sure how long you’ll need the car, in addition to the delivery fee, you’ll be charged our per-minute rates based on your price plan. Just make sure to close your rental within 72 hours. If you want to take a Kia Niro or Opel Vivaro immediately, you can do that in one of our Extra Zones. The minimum rental period for a Kia is 24 hours, and for Vivaro - even in the case of delivery - you can rent it for 3 or 6 hours.
PLANNING TO RENT FOR LONGER OR YOU ARE PLANNING AHEAD?
If you need the car for at least one day and you specify the end of your rental, you'll get more favorable prices compared to our normal prices. This way, you can use the same GreenGo for up to 20 days, which can be either an e-Up, Citigo, Kia Niro, or Opel Vivaro. You can request delivery for each car type and choose convenience features for your rental.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Look for the GreenGo Comfort icon in the bottom right corner of the map.
- Select the desired location and enter the start time of your rental.
- If you know exactly how long you need the car for, add the end of the rental. Remember that you can only rent Kia Niro or Opel Vivaro models like this.
- Choose your extras: if you choose our convenience service, the car waiting for you will be charged at least 90% and will be clean inside and out. In addition to the convenience service, you may also request a car with charging cable, or highway sticker as an extra. For orders placed for the Kia Niro, the highway sticker is included in the price.
- Go to the chosen Extra Zone or wait for the notification that we have delivered the car.
- All that's left is to collect your GreenGo and hit the road!
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Plan ahead

Place your GreenGo Comfort order at least 2 business days before your planned rental so that we have time to prepare the car.

If you want to pick up a Kia Niro or Opel Vivaro immediately, remember that you can only do that in an Extra Zone of your choice.

Rentals with Kia Niro and Opel Vivaro models can only be closed in Extra Zones, even if you have requested delivery. You will always be informed of the Extra Zone where you need to close your rental.

Ensure we can reserve the necessary amount on your credit card before the rental. This step is crucial because if we are unable to do so at least 12 hours before the rental begins, we will have to cancel your order.

We usually try to deliver a car with a charge at least 60% for every order. If you need a car charged more, at least 90%, choose our convenience service as an extra, or ask for a charging cable for Kia Niro and Opel Vivaro.
Collect it at the specified time

You have an additional 30 minutes to collect your GreenGo from the start time you have specified. So, please begin your booking or rental within this time window.

If, for any reason, you do not collect your GreenGo and fail to start a booking or rental within the set time frame, we will charge you a no-show fee. In this case, besides the no-show fee, you will also be charged the total cost of delivery and the fee of any additional services ordered as the car has already been prepared and delivered to the requested location.
Charge if you need to - and get a GreenGo Package for it

If you're planning a longer rental, expect that you probably need to charge the car, which you can easily manage even if you're an electric car novice. Depending on how much you charge, you may even earn yourself a GreenGo Package.

Close the rental on time

If you have set an end time for your rental but are unable to return the car at the specified time, your rental will continue to run, and you'll be charged a delay per minute rate according to your price plan. But no need to worry, we’ll inform you in advance!
If you don't need it, cancel it

You may cancel your order in the app free of charge if you indicate your cancellation intent more than 12 hours before the start time.

If you cancel within 12 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged since we would have already begun preparing the car for you.

In case of cancellation within 30 minutes of the start time, in addition to the cancellation fee you will charged the cost of delivery and any additional services ordered, as the car will have already been delivered to the requested address.

SOUNDS COMPLICATED? LET'S SEE SOME EXAMPLES!
Example #1
If you know you need to leave for the airport at noon on Wednesday, order your GreenGo on Monday no later than noon. Simply use the GreenGo Comfort menu in the app to select your desired location and the exact collect time.
In this scenario you don’t specify the end of the rental period, because you need the car for less than 1 day, as you only need the car for transportation to the airport, thus you will be charged the GreenGo Comfort service delivery fee of 3990 Ft, along with any additional costs for chosen extras. Once you've collected the car, you can go to the airport at the rates according to your price plan. Also keep in mind the airport fee based on your price plan.
Example #2
You're on Green Premium price plan, you're planning a holiday and you know exactly how long you need the GreenGo for. Let's say you'll be away for 6 days and want to leave at 4 PM on Friday. Remember to place your GreenGo Comfort order at least 2 business days in advance, until 4 PM on Wednesday.
When placing your order, specify the location, the desired collect time and the end date and time of your rental. Since you want the car to be fully equipped, you request a GreenGo that is clean inside and out, fully charged and has a motorway sticker.
Now imagine you intend to return and close the car at 9 PM on the following Wednesday, 6 days and 5 hours later. Our GreenGo Comfort service offers daily packages, 3-hour packages, 6-hour packages and 12-hour packages for pricing purposes (because of its special function the Opel Vivaro is an exception, which allows you to rent it for less than a day, 3 or 6 hours). Unfortunately, we don't have an offer for exactly 6 days and 5 hours, but we may provide you different combinations of our packages to suit your needs.

The first option is as close as possible to the duration of your planned rental, which is 6 days and 6 hours. The price for this option is 91,550 Ft and includes delivery, selected extras, the total cost of the rental, 380 free km, and allows you to keep the car until 10 PM on Wednesday.

The second option is for a shorter period: 6 days and 3 hours. The price for this option is 89 490 Ft, which includes delivery, extras, the total price of the rental, 375 free km, and allows you to keep the car until 7 PM on Wednesday.

The third option is for a slightly longer period: 6 days and 12 hours. The price is 93 600 Ft, which includes delivery, selected extras, the total cost of the rental, 385 free km, and allows you to keep the car until 4 AM on Thursday.
Example #3
You need a car that you can only rent through Comfort, but you don't have time to wait, you need it right now.
Don't worry, of course we won't let you down. You can also pick up Kia Niro and Opel Vivaro models immediately, but you'll have to go to the Extra Zone of your choice and also close your rental there. We will keep the chosen car for you for 30 minutes after ordering.
