Oh no, are you really leaving?
If you terminate your contract, we'll lose a GreenGo friend and you'll leave a lot of cool stuff behind:
- We can no longer come to your aid when you need a car
- We can no longer drive you to the airport to say goodbye or welcome you
- You can no longer take home easily half an apartment with the help of the giant Cargos
- You can no longer take a break far from the city noise using the blue zones
- You can no longer drive with us for the trees and work actively for a greener future
- No longer can we offer discounts or wave hello from the car next door
Would you still like to continue?
If yes, and there are no obstacles to your request, your contract will be terminated effective tomorrow, and your data will be deleted within the timeframe set out in our Privacy Policy.
If you have any outstanding balance or an active rental, we’ll only be able to terminate your contract once these issues are resolved.
And if you decide to stay after all, then everything above becomes irrelevant — and it’s a pretty good day for everyone involved.
Data deletion process after receiving an account deletion request
The following data will be deleted after 3 working days (if there is no open invoice and/or rental):
- email address
- login name
- phone number
- any information on ID card or passport
- PIN code
- nationality
- password
- consent for marketing purposes
- any non complaint related emails sent from the registered email address
Data deleted after 120 days of receiving an account deletion request:
- selfie, picture of the driving licence, ID or passport
- bank card data
- IP address
- any complaint related emails sent from the registered email address
Data deleted after 5 years of the last closed rental
- name
- address
- any information on driving licence
- birth place, birth date
- mother's name
